    GREATER GLASGOW HEALTH BOARD is to launch a new passive smoking campaign through SMARTS ADVERTISING.

    THE GREATER GLASGOW HEALTH BOARD has appointed WILLIAMS ATKINSON MILLS ADVERTISING to handle its fire prevention and passive smoking accounts. The agency pitched against a number of agencies including SMARTS, 1576 and MARR ASSOCIATES for the combined £63,000 worth of business. A bus, press and local poster campaign will break in the Autumn.
