    Glasses Direct appoints User Conversion

    GLASSES DIRECT has chosen User Conversion to drive sales through an improved online customer experience. The agency has already trialed changes to the online glasses retailer's website which have seen a 4% increase in customers putting items in their basket. The rate of customers returning to the site has also increased.
