    Muller develops new culture to cut yoghurt sugar content

    MULLER will cut the sugar content of its Corner yoghurts by 9% by using a new dairy culture. The discovery allows Muller to create a product that naturally tastes less sour, meaning it needs less added sugar. It follows 18 months of research. The new products are set to roll out in May next year, supported by a big advertising push.
