    Mitsubishi taps Critical Mass as first global digital agency amid drive to 'rebuild trust'

    MITSUBISHI has hired CRITICAL MASS as its first global digital agency as it hopes to strengthen its presence in key growth markets and rebuild consumer trust. The shop is tasked with developing an analytics-driven platform with enhanced site operations in a bid to connect with the car marque's global customer base. Work will include brand immersion, creative innovation and transparent corporate governance, and will launch in autumn.
