    ARENA MEDIA has picked up CHARLES WELLS' consolidated £2m media account across the Young’sBombardier and Estrella Damm brands. The agency already works on the Estrella Damm brand and will now handle media strategy, planning and buying for the Young's and Bombardier brands. ZENITHOPTIMEDIA was the incumbent on the business.

    BOMBARDIER has commenced its marketing campaign featuring Rik Mayall for the first time since the actor's death in June. The ale brand paused campaigns featuring the Bombardier and ceased Twitter activity as a "mark of respect to Rik and his family". The company tweeted a statement written by Mayall’s wife, announcing it was time to "spring into action and restart the banter". Details of the campaign are currently being finalised and it will resume "in the near future".
