    Mars tests giving PR firms global roles for the first time

    MARS is testing the idea of giving global contracts to communications agencies for the first time. It has appointed FREUDS to work on M&Ms and Seeds of Change, EDELMAN to work on Skittles, Weber Shandwick to work on Pedigree and Omnicom PR Group to work on Orbit and Extra.

    Whiskas introduces purrst-graduate counterpart to Kitten Kollege

    WHISKAS and its creative agency ABBOTT MEAD VICKERS BBDO have joined forces with MEDIACOM and GOOGLE to launch Kat Institute of Technology (KIT), a content platform featuring a collection of comic live action and animated videos offering tips to cat owners on how to take care of their pets. KIT uses Google search data to identify and provide answers to the most frequently asked questions that cat owners are searching for online.
