    LONDON METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY has unveiled an advertising tender, worth £3.5m, for creative and media buying. The institution is aiming to appoint an agency for three years – with the opportunity to extend the contract for two further one-year periods. Two lots are up for winning, one including the development and production of brand and marketing materials, creative concepts, and design and the second including media campaign planning, and media negotiation and buying.

    LONDON METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY has been stripped of its right to sign off visas for foreign students after the UK Border Agency found problems with 61 per cent of randomly selected files during an audit.
