    Lactalis McLelland adds duo of Seriously cheddar Melting Pots

    LACTALIS MCLELLAND has unveiled its new Melting Pots which join the Seriously cheddar product lineup. The pots are available in aged Scottish cheddar and roasted onion variants and hit WAITROSE shelves on 10 October. They are set to roll out to other stores, including ASDA and SAINSBURY'S, later this year. Lactalis McLelland hopes that the innovative product will help it tap into a new market of cheese consumers.

    President launches French-themed marketing campaign

    PRÉSIDENT has launched a new advertising campaign which tells consumers it's 'time for the good life'. The cheese and butter brand has received a £2m investment this year which will include OOH and digital ads, as well as TV sponsorship of CHANNEL FOUR's Come Dine With Me, which it shares with Seriously Cheddar. This will be further supported by in-store and sampling activity. Président's French-themed campaign includes three settings, a young couple enjoying a romantic picnic, a couple shopping at a market, and a musical al fresco family dinner. The campaign hopes to reach its existing audience of ABC 1 women but also tap the 28-34-year-old market.
