    Lacoste to replace its crocodile with endangered species in conservation campaign

    LACOSTE is removing its iconic crocodile logo for the first time in 85 years, and replacing with 10 threatened species as part of a new conservation campaign run in partnership with the International Union for Conservation of Nature. The number of polos created for each species corresponds to the number left in the wild, meaning, for example, only 40 tops will be created in the Burmese roofed turtle series. 1,775 tops have been created in total and they are on sale on the brand's website. The campaign was created by BETC Paris.

    Lacoste names Novak Djokovic as ambassador

    LACOSTE has revealed its latest brand ambassador as Novak Djokovic. Novak will wear Lacoste clothing on court during Grand Slam tournaments among others in the season. Available from May, the line of performance wear is adorned with graphics inspired by the lines of a tennis court and has the tennis star's signature printed on the sleeve of its polo shirts. Novak will also be the face of a print campaign shot by Jacob Sutton.
