    Indeed: Search For Greatness By DCX

    INDEED has launched a new campaign that hopes to tackle unconscious bias that occurs during the recruitment process. The work includes billboards showing people holding up their CV to cover their face, with strong messages such as 'See my skills, not my identity'. The campaign by DCX also includes TV ads in the same vein which run under the strapline 'Search for Greatness'.
