    Iceland unveils new Veganuary range

    ICELAND has launched a new range of plant-based and meat-free products. The range includes the No Bull Steak Burger made with wheat protein; the No Bull Mushroom Steaks made with mushroom and wheat fibre and seasoned with herbs and spices; the No Porkies Bacon Pasta, a combination of plant-based alternatives to chicken and bacon with mushrooms in a dairy-free creamy sauce; a plant-based No Bull Cottage Pie launching on 5 February; the No Chick Sweet & Sour made from soya protein, red peppers and pineapple in a sweet & sour sauce; and the No Cheese & Onion Pasty made with decadent melting dairy-free cheese.

    Iceland unveils plastic-free range of Christmas food

    ICELAND has rolled out 18 products of Christmas food with plastic-free packaging. The items include Luxury Beef Wellington, Mini Pies and Salted Caramel Cheesecake, while eight products, such as its Three Bird Roast and Stuffed Turkey Breast Joint, will come in reduced plastic packaging.
