    HP debuts its newest diversity video, admits it has 'room for improvement'

    HP is continuing to market itself as a company that recruits solely on talent credentials in its latest ad that features real-life fathers and daughters. ‘Dads and Daughters’ is a nearly three-minute spot that sees fathers and daughters read through largely negative female-focused interview advice, such as "avoid dressing too much like a woman". HP is releasing the video through paid social media and other digital platforms to combat unconscious interview bias.

    Microsoft "Real people: Emma Gannon" by McCann Erickson

    MICROSOFT launched a new campaign which celebrates ordinary people's work in their communities that is aided by Windows 10 devices. One 30-second ad stars a podcaster, blogger and author who uses Windows 10 on a HP Spectre x360 to create her content. The work debuted during ITV's Britain's Got Talent final and will be supported by 15-second online videos on the same theme. Microsoft collaborated with HP and INTEL on the campaign which was created by MCCANN ERICKSON.
