    HMRC rolls out Childcare Choices campaign promoting tax-free childcare support

    HMRC has released a new campaign to raise awareness of its Childcare Choices offering. The ads will highlight the Childcare Choices website, which provides information about support for parents who need help with childcare and childcare costs. It will run in national and regional media and on social media, including activity with influencers. Direct mail adverts will also be sent to all UK registered childcare providers and parents who aren't making full use of their entitlements.

    Department for Business leads on Government's flagship minimum wage campaign

    DEPARTMENT FOR BUSINESS, ENERGY & INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY has rolled out a new campaign targeted at minimum wage workers to ensure they know what they are entitled to, following the increases in the national and minimum wage on 1 April. Posters, short films, and radio and online advertising featuring the 'A step up in pay' slogan will run until the end of October. The campaign comes just after HMRC announced that £15.6m was found to be owed in pay to more than 200,000 workers in 2017-18, with apprentices particularly likely to be underpaid.
