    Go Compare ad 'could encourage children to swallow coins'

    GO COMPARE has received a caution by the ASA for an ad which featured an animated monster eating money out of a women's purse, designed to demonstrate the costs of her insurance bill. The advertising watchdog received a complaint from one member of the public who claimed their child had swallowed coins after watching the ad. The ASA ruled that the ad was unsuitable for younger viewers and must not be shown before 7:30pm.
