    Fuller’s exits brewing with £250m sale to Japan’s Asahi

    FULLER SMITH & TURNER has announced the sale of its entire beer portfolio to ASAHI, meaning it will become solely an operator of pubs and hotels. The £250m deal follows several years of difficult trading for its beer products as major international and small craft rivals encroached on its market share. Asahi will continue to supply beer to Fuller's locations after the acquisition is completed.

    Fuller’s overhauls Frontier and unveils new craft brew plans

    FULLER'S is re-introducing its 'Fuller's and Friends' six pack of beers which features products from a variety of global breweries. It has also announced plans to re-brand its craft lager Frontier, backed by a campaign on INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK and targeted emails to consumers. The craft beer six-packs will only be available for purchase from WAITROSE.
