    THE FINNISH TOURIST BOARD and the tour operator, SCANDINAVIA FREESTYLE, are teaming up to launch a below-the-line campaign to exploit Finland's new position as 'Favourite European Country'. The campaign will comprise brochures and direct mail. Media buying is through CONRAD ADVERTISING.
