    EVANS CYCLES has launched its new 'Better by bike' campaign to celebrate the wider health benefits of cycling. As part of the campaign, the bike retailer hope to inspire the public to ride more regularly and show the World why everyone can become 'better by bike'. Evans Cycles will be hosting a set of social media competitions to help raise awareness for the benefits of cycling. Users on FACEBOOK, TWITTER and INSTAGRAM will have a chance to win a free Pinnacle bike by sharing the ways cycling has improved their lives using the hashtag #BetterByBike.

    Instagram launches long-form video in bid to lure YouTube generation

    INSTAGRAM has launched a long-form video feature which allows users to post hour-long clips. The video's were be available through Instagram and its new app IGTV. The social media network is hoping to lure younger viewers away from YOUTUBE. Instagram will also allow FACEBOOK more opportunities to sell advertising on IGTV.
