    News UK to promote Europcar across The Sun and Virgin Radio

    NEWS UK is launching its first cross-channel campaign with recently acquired WIRELESS GROUP. The publisher has teamed up with EUROPCAR for a six-month deal which will see the vehicle rental company promote its Deliver and Collect service for holiday travellers. The campaign will run across digital, social and video, as well as weekend takeovers on Virgin Radio. The Sun website will also host Virgin Radio and Europcar branded content and this will also be promoted on the newspaper's social media channels. Unruly will provide measurement and emotional analysis of the campaign, which will help inform the campaign's second stage later in the year.

    EUROPCAR has launched a campaign in the style of a ‘mockumentary’, which ‘harnesses the popular appeal of ARSENAL FOOTBALL CLUB. Created by STARCOM’s sports marketing division SPORT at SMG, the push aims to engage Arsenal fans by ‘bringing them closer to their heroes’ and showing how the car service is an integral part of the player’s lives. The work has been created to coincide with Arsenal’s match against MANCHESTER UNITED at the weekend (22 November).
