    Lastminute.com replaces Coke as sponsor of The London Eye

    THE LONDON EYE has welcomed LASTMINUTE.COM as its new headline sponsor from February 2020, replacing COCA-COLA. The attraction and adjoining River Cruise will now take on the travel firm's branding, with naming rights and lighting all changing to reflect the sponsor.

    Coca-Cola creates bottles made from marine plastic

    COCA-COLA has partnered with Ioniqa Technologies, Indorama Ventures, and Mares Circulares to create bottles using marine plastic waste. 300 sample bottles have been manufactured using 25% recycled plastic found in the Mediterranean Sea and on beaches. The bottles are to demonstrate the potential of previously used PET plastics, it is also part of the brands commitment to a push towards sustainable packaging.
