    Cineworld celebrates its Unlimited with London movie bus tour

    CINEWORLD is promoting its Unlimited card by launching a bus tour which will take fans to iconic movie spots around London. Created by HILL & KNOWLTON STRATEGIES and Cineworld's in-house team, the tour will take passengers from Hyde Park to Leicester Square, pointing out landmarks on which movies were created or based on. Running now until 3 June, the bus will also include a small cinema, traditional movie theatre chairs, a popcorn machine, pick'n'mix and movie props, and will drop off passengers at a screening of Solo: A Star Wars Story at Leicester Square cinema.

    Cineworld introduces mascot Gus to get movie-lovers gifting tickets on Christmas

    CINEWORLD has enlisted the help of a cute new mascot Gus as it hopes that consumers will gift its cinema gift cards this Christmas. A 60-second spot created by Douglass/Day and voiced by radio star Cerys Matthews sees the endearing Gus completely enthralled by the cinema experience to the point where he falls off his seat. The ad will run in 97 UK cinemas supported by social media activity. Animation studio Blue Zoo and production studio Nice Biscuits were involved in the ad's creation.
