    Burton’s Biscuit Company buys Thomas Fudge’s in all-UK deal

    BURTON'S BISCUIT COMPANY has acquired Thomas Fudge's from private equity firm Livingbridge. Thomas Fudge's range includes flatbreads, biscuits for cheese, wafers, florentines and flapjacks. The deal sees Burton's expand its capabilities in the premium confectionery segment.
