    Maryland reveals Thins cookies and pack redesign

    BURTON’S FOOD has revealed a packaging refresh, new pack designs and social media campaign plans for Maryland Cookies as part of large investments in the brand over the next 12 months. The biscuit company will roll out Maryland Thins later this month in a bid to target shoppers aged 25 – 45 who are seeking lighter snacking options. The Thins will be available in two flavours, Milk and Dark Choc Chip, and Salted Caramel. A new modern look for Maryland will roll out throughout the range in June and July and will be reinforced by digital and social media activity and TV advertising to be aired in Q1 2018.

    BURTONS BISCUITS has appointed 101 as its new creative agency. The agency will oversee all brands in the biscuit manufacturer's portfolio including Maryland Cookies and Jammie Dodgers. VCCP is the incumbent.
