    COVID-19: Bentley to cut up to 1,000 jobs

    BENTLEY is cutting 1,000 jobs in the UK following a sharp drop in sales due to the coronavirus pandemic. Around a quarter of its workforce will be cut, and the luxury carmaker will offer workers the chance to take voluntary redundancy. Bentley has restarted production at its Crewe factory but with only around half the usual number of staff.
