    Bank of Scotland unleashes AI mobile app virtual assistant

    BANK OF SCOTLAND has launched a virtual assistant on its mobile app. The pilot service is available to customers using the bank's iPhone app, with the virtual assistant trained in dealing with common customer queries such as lost cards, unknown transactions and payment queries. The new system also allows customers to pause conversations, with the AI able to pick up where it last left off.

    Bank of Scotland picks Anomaly as ad agency

    BANK OF SCOTLAND has appointed ANOMALY to its creative account. Y&R LONDON, who has worked with the bank's parent Lloyds Banking Group for 15 years, did not repitch for the account.
