    AXA has revealed it is using EE's data on outdoor smartphone usage, alongside 'multiple strands of location-based data', in order to microtarget adverts to potential customers. The 'game-changing' approach will identify hotspots of mobile usage near poster sites. The initiative, planned by HAVAS, has been described as part of a wider tecnique to 'adopt more innovative ways of targeting consumers through data and insight'.
