    Retailers drop Boohoo over workers scandal

    ASOS, AMAZON, NEXT, VERY and ZALANDO have dropped BOOHOO from their listings following allegations the fashion brand staff are working under poor conditions at its Leicester warehouse. A SUNDAY TIMES report found that workers at the factory in the coronavirus locked down city, were not operating with additional health measures and being paid just £3.50 an hour. Boohoo has launched an investigation into its supply chain and has said it will cut ties with any party breaching its code of conduct.

    Amazon UK chief quits to head Natural History Museum

    THE NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM has appointed Doug Gurr to the position of director. He will join from AMAZON later in the year, replacing Sir Michael Dixon. As is required of the role, Gurr's appointment was approved by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
